Procedures of Guidance for the Safety and Usage of HSL-540 Cement Mortal Pump

  1. To refrain from pump out all the cement mortar mixture from the frontage hopper as this may damage the standby tube.
  2. The proportion of cement and sand mixture ratio must be in accordance to the recommended formula should you not adhere to the recommended ratio that may cause the mixture to set harden and may damage the extruding tube.
  3. In case the retaining ring rubber tears and leaks, it shall reduce the overall pressure, resulting in the machine may not be able to deliver the cement and sand mixture to the higher level.
  4. Should the retaining rubber ring is not locked properly, the overall tend to leak and will reduce pressure; resulting the machine may not be able to deliver the cement and sand mixture to the higher level.
  5. Should the hopper rubber ring drops down or becomes detached, there will be no pressure and the machine may not be able to deliver the cement mixture.
  6. In the event the inner walls of the machine are covered with cement mortar, it will cause the increasing of temperature machine and causing the machine to overheat up and therefore it will result in abnormal operation and will damage to the machinery beyond cost of repair.
  7. If the surrounding water flow in the machine is not properly observed, it may cause over-flow flooding environment and the machine may get immersed in water causing damages beyond cost of repair to the machinery.
  8. If the incoming electricity power supply is not stable, it may cause damages to the machine parts resulting in overall damages beyond cost of repair to the machinery.
  9. Guidance for cleaning the machinery and tubes must be strictly adhered and failing which, it may cause blockage inside the tubes and this will affect the working efficiency of the machinery.
  10. When the main engine is pumping the cement/sand mixture, the process must not exceed 20 minutes. Exceeding this stipulated time period will cause the cement mixture to harden and block the machinery tubing.
  11. It is not recommended and possible not to use too many 90 degree bent iron tubes, as it may cause the extruding tube to burst. Preferably to use not more than (3) three such pieces.
  12. To ensure the extruding tube must disconnect and reconnect in the reverse direction upon usage of every 150 bags of cement in order to prolong the life span of the tube.
